Rowan Partners, a developer, and infrastructure provider for hyperscale data is building a new multi-tenant campus in Temple, Texas. The first phase of the campus has an expected completion of summer 2022 and will be employing 20 full-time positions for data engineers, networking technicians, and operations specialists. The second phase is anticipated to be fully complete and operational in 2023.

Not only will this new campus provide work opportunities, but it will also help support the city’s technology sector. The facility will be located on 32 acres in southeast Temple in Synergy Park, constructing 135,000 square feet of new buildings and data center space.

Revol Greens, a Minnesota-based producer of greenhouse lettuce, is constructing a 40-acre advanced greenhouse in Temple. Revol Greens will be distributing their lettuce across Central Texas and the South. The new location will enhance the freshness of products in the South as they won’t have to transport from the company’s California location. 

With plans for their new facility in Temple to be operational this year, Revol Greens will add 150 competitive, family-wage jobs with benefits over the next three to four years.
